Place every assigned owner beside a required input, output, due date, and acceptance record. Match the result across the single-line diagram, equipment list, general arrangement, interface drawings, quotation, packing plan, FAT/SAT schedule, and commissioning plan. Keep labor, tools, lifting equipment, test instruments, temporary power, consumables, permits, and safety control visible. Resolve an open group before it can hide inside another party’s price. Treat a joint group as an interface to define, not as shared responsibility without an owner. Record deviations. Confirm witnesses. Name the energization authority. Preserve the agreed version with the contract file.
