Envelope and mass are Talite published values for the 110–220 kV range. US oversize and overweight movements are permitted state by state; the Federal Highway Administration compilation of state truck size and weight limit laws is the starting point for the formal route study. This pre-check flags the obvious conflicts early so the haulier study can run in parallel with drawing approval.
