For US and Canadian delivery we quote to UL, cULus, CSA and RoHS, and include no-load and load loss figures against US DOE efficiency requirements.

Most North American installations run at 60 Hz. Please confirm the frequency before we release the design.

Buyers who audit the plant before placing a first order are the ones we work with longest, so factory visits and witnessed acceptance testing are arranged as a matter of course. Tell us your travel dates and we will arrange collection from the airport or the high-speed rail station.
